Black Bean Mango Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2-Cups Black Beans (Cooked)
  • 1-Cup Quinoa (Cooked)
  • 1/2-Cup Mangoes (Diced)
  • 1/4-Cup Red Onion (Diced)
  • 1/4-Cup Red Pepper (Diced)
  • 1/2 Jalapeño (Diced)
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro (Minced)
  • Juice of 1 Lime

This recipe is so simple you can make it with your eyes closed. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir. Serve chilled and Enjoy!
